General
These specified conditions govern your use of the goods and services supplied by the Seller, hereafter referred as seller. These conditions apply to all sales from the seller as long as nothing else is agreed in writing between the parties.

Pricing and Delivery
Prices are in NOK without VAT. You have to pay VAT and customs duties to clear the goods through customs.
Seller reserves for any error that may occur due to technical errors.


Shipping
All deliveries of goods is with Posten/Bring. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the address is specified in the order is correct. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days (weekdays) inside Norway and 7-10 days to other countries, depending on what time of day the order is made, and if the goods are in stock. Customer will be notified when the goods are dispatched.

All orders, unless otherwise agreed, sent by mail package (or letter) and picked up at your local post office. We send out an e-mail, mail delivery, which we specify your item ID (as above package is not sent by snail mail). This allows you to track the package on http://sporing.posten.no/index.html or www.bring.no

If goods are damaged during delivery, this shall be immediately reported to the seller and time of arrival by e-mail. It is important that you provide a complete notification to us of any damage occurring. Do you see that the packaging is damaged on delivery, that is, when you receive the item for example at the post office, you should also report it directly to the person who you sign for the package.
For unclaimed packages / letters (for example. COD) which is returned (not tripped) will be charged to customers for shipping / return shipping and service fees par 300, - excl. VAT.

On the returned items the seller will not pay the return shipping for customer - so that if the customer sends us a package in return will cost incurred customer, not the seller.

The duties
It is registered as a customer (it is 18 years age) in the seller is responsible for payment of the goods and services that sell (or seller partners) delivers under these conditions. This responsibility includes others' use of customer access, including unauthorized use, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorized use has been made possible through the negligence of the seller.

Complaint
Before faults are reported to the seller, the customer should check whether the error is caused by the customer. If the customer can demonstrate that the product does not work as the seller has described it to do, the customer must notify the seller so that the seller can take remedial measures. Customer loses his right to a deficiency if he does not give the seller notice within a reasonable time after he discovered or should have discovered the defect.

Corrective
Seller shall as soon as possible after becoming aware of a defect in the product delivered by the seller, take steps to remedy the defect. If the customer on their own initiative take measures to correct the fault in it as may be agreed with the seller, the seller will not pay these expenses.

Returns
The Act only applies to consumer purchases. Return costs are borne by the consumer (ref. § 15, first paragraph).

Extraordinary circumstances
Seller is responsible for loss of the goods, if it is proven wrong or missing. This does not apply if the seller proves that the defect is due to circumstances beyond its control, and selling could not reasonably be expected to avoid or overcome the consequences of. Seller is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from defects unless the loss was caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the seller. The consumer terms can not be worse than the conditions set by law. Law on consumer purchases of 2002-06-21 No. 34

Change in Terms
Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, including as a result of changes in legislation. The applicable purchase conditions contained in these pages.

Force majeure
If the seller is unable to deliver or perform required replacement or should such a delivery unreasonably burdensome as a result of labor disputes or any other circumstances when the parties have no control over it such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call of comparable scope, requisition, confiscation , currency restrictions, riots and civil commotion, shortage of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of power and defects in or delays in deliveries from suppliers or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances described in this paragraph, the seller is relieved of all other liability than in cases of complaints, and credit it to the faulty item purchase.

Confidentiality
All customer information is handled with discretion and will not spread further to outsiders.
